Terms and Conditions

PrintReadies is a digital service operated by 於形物產行, a sole proprietorship established in Taiwan. These Terms apply to https://printreadies.com, your account, uploaded files, print frames, credits, subscriptions and generated output files.

PrintReadies helps users diagnose raster images, choose a real physical print size, calculate PPI and required pixels, apply trim, bleed and safe-area specifications, and prepare an exact-size RGB PDF plus a high-resolution RGB image master. The image master may be JPEG or PNG. Optional processing may enlarge or extend an image. High-resolution delivery files may be stored temporarily for the stated download window and then deleted automatically. PrintReadies does not manufacture, sell or ship physical printed goods.

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your account secure and be legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Current public prices and inclusions are listed on the Pricing. The price and billing period shown at checkout control for that transaction.

• Frame packs: one-time digital purchases that give the purchasing account ongoing access to the stated frame family or custom-size tool.
• Permanent credit packs: one-time purchases of processing credits. The purchased balance does not expire while the account and service remain available.
• Monthly plans: recurring access to monthly processing credits. Essential includes 25 credits per month with a maximum monthly balance of 75. Business includes 120 credits per month with a maximum monthly balance of 240.
• Credit use: the browser-based diagnosis is free. Paid image preparation follows the quality level selected before processing: Poster Quality uses 1 credit, Detailed Quality uses 2 credits, and Maximum Detail uses 3 credits. The confirmed amount is charged only after the selected output completes successfully. Polling, resuming, or retrying the same active job does not create another credit charge.

The checkout page identifies the payment provider and final amount before purchase. The provider displayed at checkout processes the transaction and, where applicable, acts as Merchant of Record for payment, transaction taxes, receipts, subscription billing, cancellations and refunds under its own buyer terms.

Payment providers may change over time. The provider actually identified at checkout processes that transaction. PrintReadies does not store full payment-card numbers.

Monthly plans renew automatically at the billing interval and price displayed at checkout until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the buyer portal or method stated in the purchase receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Monthly credits expire when the subscription ends; separately purchased permanent credits remain, subject to these Terms.

Refunds, withdrawal rights, duplicate charges, technical failures and restoration of incorrectly deducted credits are governed by our Refund Policy, the payment provider’s buyer terms and mandatory law. If a technical failure prevents delivery, we will first attempt to restore the credit, reprocess the file or provide a usable replacement; an eligible refund remains available where the issue cannot be resolved.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You must own the content or have all necessary rights to process, modify, download and print it. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or malicious content.

Automated enlargement, extension and image processing can change pixels or introduce artifacts. Resolution enhancement can make AI-generated lettering sharper, but it does not currently correct fake, misspelled, distorted or semantically incorrect AI text. Review all text at 100% before printing. You are responsible for confirming whether an AI-generated source image may be used commercially and for complying with the source tool’s license.

PrintReadies currently provides exact-size RGB output and preflight guidance. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, we do not promise PDF/X compliance, CMYK conversion, spot colors, embedded printer profiles or acceptance by every print provider. Final color, sharpness, material compatibility and physical print results depend on the source image and the selected printer’s equipment, profiles, inks, materials and settings.

We may maintain, update or modify the service and its features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we will use reasonable care to deliver paid digital services as described. Material changes to a paid subscription will be communicated when required by law.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful content, payment disputes, abuse or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrintReadies is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by a print provider, or use of a file contrary to disclosed limitations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country or region. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through support and any buyer-support process provided by the payment provider.

We may update these Terms and will post the effective date on this page. Questions may be sent to support@printreadies.com. Payment-provider terms shown at checkout also apply to the transaction they process.
