• Account data: name, email address, authentication identifier, language and account preferences.
• Uploaded and generated content: source images, project titles, output files, frame and size choices, and technical metadata such as pixel dimensions and format.
• Service usage: pages and features used, processing state, credit balance and transaction or project identifiers.
• Device and security data: IP address, browser, operating system, timestamps, diagnostic logs and information used to prevent abuse.
• Support data: messages, contact information and any receipt or project reference you choose to provide.
• Payment records: payment provider, amount, currency, product, billing status, receipt and subscription identifiers. We do not store your full card number.

We use data to create and secure accounts; provide diagnosis, processing, storage and downloads; calculate and deduct credits; fulfill purchases; provide support; prevent fraud; maintain records; improve reliability; comply with law; and send essential account, receipt or service messages. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you may opt out.

Uploaded files are used to deliver the processing option you request and to make project results available in your account. They are not sold, used for unrelated advertising or intentionally used to train a general-purpose model by PrintReadies. A file may be transmitted to contracted storage or image-processing providers when necessary to complete the requested job. High-resolution delivery masters and PDFs may be kept only for the temporary download window shown in the project and are then scheduled for deletion.

Depending on your location, processing is based on performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with law and legitimate interests such as security and service improvement. For Taiwan users, this notice is intended to disclose the collecting entity, purposes, data categories, period, regions, recipients, methods, rights and possible effects of not providing necessary data. If required account or processing data is not provided, we may be unable to create an account or deliver the requested service.

Data may be processed by vendors that provide hosting and application infrastructure, authentication, file storage, image processing, email, analytics, security, customer support and payment services. They receive only the data reasonably needed for their function and are subject to contractual or legal duties. We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.

The payment provider displayed at checkout independently processes payment, tax, billing, fraud-prevention and buyer-support data. It may share transaction status, product, customer email and transaction identifiers with PrintReadies so we can deliver access and support the purchase. The privacy notice of the provider displayed at checkout applies to its processing.

PrintReadies serves users internationally, and service providers may process data outside Taiwan or your country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards. By requesting international digital processing, your file and related technical data may be transmitted to the regions where the selected providers operate.

Account, project and transaction metadata is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal obligations. High-resolution delivery files use a shorter temporary retention window shown in the project; once that window ends, those delivery masters and PDFs are scheduled for deletion. You may delete individual projects where that control is available or request account deletion. Limited records may remain in protected backups or where retention is legally required.

We use essential cookies or browser storage for authentication, security, language, preferences and session continuity. We may use limited analytics to understand aggregate product performance. Blocking essential storage may prevent login or core features from working.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your data; request access or a copy; correct inaccurate data; object to or restrict certain use; withdraw consent; request deletion; or exercise applicable portability and complaint rights. Taiwan users may exercise the rights provided by the Personal Data Protection Act. We may verify identity before completing a request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and encrypted HTTPS transmission. No online system is completely secure. If a personal-data incident creates a legal notification duty, we will provide the required notice and response.

PrintReadies is intended for people who can legally enter into the service agreement. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data without appropriate authorization.
